Legal basis for personal data processing
- the processing of personal data is necessary according to a special regulation or an international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound. Above all, according to Act no. 222/2004 Coll. on value added tax as amended.
- the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, due to the legitimate interest of the customer. The operators therefore process the personal data of the affected persons in order to create an opportunity to conclude contracts concluded at a distance or outside the operating premises on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data of the affected persons to the extent indicated below.
The processing of personal data is lawful if it is carried out on the basis of at least one of these legal bases
- the person concerned has expressed his consent to the processing of his personal data for at least one specific purpose,
- the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the person concerned is a party, or for the implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of the contract based on the request of the person concerned,
- the processing of personal data is necessary according to a special regulation or an international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound,
- the processing of personal data is necessary to protect the life, health or property of the person concerned or another natural person,

The operator processes personal data of website users for the purpose of:

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Law").

Your consent to the processing of your personal data is voluntary, but refusing to grant consent will not allow you to send an inquiry through the contact form.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- you can revoke your consent at any time without giving a reason. The notice of withdrawal of consent may refer either to the purpose of processing chosen by you, e.g. withdrawal of consent to send business information or all purposes of processing. Withdrawal of consent for all purposes of processing is only relevant when setting up a personal account (registration) and means that your user account on the website will be deleted and your data will no longer be processed by the operators. Period of storage of personal data
We keep your personal data until your user account on the website is deleted. The user account can be deleted at your request, or if you revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, if you object to the processing of your personal data or request their deletion.
Our systems will retain such information for the purpose of archiving your transactions to the extent of data, the retention of which is necessary for the application of claims, such as the right to claim during the warranty period, or if it results from the legislative requirements by which we are bound (e.g. for the purpose of proper accounting and archiving of tax documents, we archive your personal data for the period prescribed for this purpose by the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic / currently 10 years from the issuance of the invoice/ etc.).
